[sims] Forgotten Leavers in SIMS

I think our SIMS Clerk has forgotten to sort the Leavers out in SIMS before she went on Leave.

 

How can I tell if they are recorded in SIMS with Leaving Dates?

 

I have checked in Routines>Student>Leavers but I cant see anyone listed with a leaving date that was in Y11 or Y13.

 

I am the only one in now until Results Day.

 

Its worrying me that its going to be a nightmare if she has forgotten. I just need to know for certain and if she has is there anything I can do now?

First of all check on a handful of childrens records and look on the school history part to see if they have leaving information filled in.

 

Also in the route you described in your OP make sure you search first with the status dropdown box set to "Leavers", and then with it set to "On Roll".
