BackCat3 Posted July 26, 2011 Posted July 26, 2011 I run a terminal server, but the problem is I need to run windows updates, like today. But a few years are left in, and I can see in processes Excel so I'm worried they'll lose work? Is there any way I can log in as them without knowing there password to close Excel?

BackCat3 Posted July 26, 2011 Author Posted July 26, 2011 Remote Control is enabled, but there sessions are locked? You know they've left work and just locked the computer not logged off.
