nicholab Posted July 19, 2011 Posted July 19, 2011 (edited) I seem to have bojour stuck is a state where it will not uninstall or upgrade how do I manual force to uninstall or upgrade? All the other components of i tunes are successfully working via group policy deployment. I have tried a Manuel uninstall but it still appears in the programs and features list. Michael Posted July 19, 2011 Posted July 19, 2011 You could search for it in the registry (as it's labelled in Add/Remove Programs) and delete the whole entry. Refresh Add/Remove Programs, and it should no longer be there. Now try re-installing Bonjour.
Einkus Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 Do you receive an error during the uninstall? I have seen this come up where the service for Bonjour will not delete properly, but you can manually delete it ("Sc delete "Bonjour Service"") and then rerun the uninstaller.
