Moodle Survey

We have used the Moodle Feedback to do surveys in the past with our students.

 

Today we want to try and find out what activity they would like to do each period.

 

So

 

Period 1

 

Activity A, B, C or D

 

Period 2

 

Activity A, B, C or D

 

What results we want is to see a list of who ticked Activity A for Period 1, who tickedt Activity B for Period 1 etc. I cannot see a way of doing this in Moodle. Is there another plugin that can do what we want?

There is an addon that does it, or use to be. Used it in a past school but that was 2 years ago, so can't remember what it was called im afraid.

I think the scheduler module does that. I can't check at the mo - our moodle is down for upgrading.

If you create a Questionnaire as a resource then go down to the Response Options and set the Respondent Type to fullname you'll be able to review the answers by student...
