mrtechnician Posted July 15, 2011 Posted July 15, 2011 Currently, students are allowed to use fronter's visual mail to send internal messages to one another. an incident has occured and i am able to view the emails of those involved but the date of when emials are sent is important too. the problem is that sent and received emails are only showing terms such as "sent: today/yesterday/old" etc. is there a way to see the date and time emails have been sent as an admin or the user themselves? Thank you in advance
jdoyle Posted July 15, 2011 Posted July 15, 2011 we don't use the email or sticky feature in Fronter having deemed them potential e-safety nightmare zones. Can't help you with your specific query but would recommend that you switch the email feaure off as soon as possible. (and the stickies if you haven't already done so).
mrtechnician Posted July 18, 2011 Author Posted July 18, 2011 I've learnt that its not worth the trouble too now. Not even being able to pinpoint when an emial has been sent to an exact date and time is ridiculous and plain stupid really. Thanks anyway
