Outlook 2010 user profile hang

Hello all hoping someone can help. We have just started rolling out are new Windows 7 build with office 2010. It has all gone well so far apart from we have found that when some teachers open outlook it hangs on loading profile for about 1 minute before it then loads in. Other users outlook loads in straight away. Outlook has been set all for all users on clean empty profiles so I cannot understand why this happens to some staff and not others. Also it seems the problem spreads as some users that outlook worked ok for now also have the hang.

I have searched google and there are loads of posts about this but none of the fixes seem to work. If anyone has any advice I would very much welcome it before I throw some pc’s through a window.
