Agreed, its hardly the most thorough test when it comes to a variety of makes / models / manufacturers.

 

Still, something is better than nothing :)

Often for tests like this they ask vendors to povide the kit. If they don't get it they can't use it, however I got the impression that the purpose of this particular test was to demonstate the effectiveness of wirless in dense environments, and not to be a test of manufaturers equipment per say. What I did find surprising is that Cisco did quite well after having had not to favorable reports on here over the past few years with older generations of their wireless equipment. Nice to see they have got back on form, as I found their early wireless kit to be quite good (before the days of managed wireless that is).

Granted, but if the supplier is willing to do it for an Edugeek member for a report I would have posted up, why not for Toms Hardware (which is more widely known for its hardware reports).

 

As for content, it is good.
