SMART Notebook software appears to install first time but the 2nd = sucess

I've just begun installing the latest smart notbook software atarting with the IT suit which is now done but I have a problem which is rather fustrating because it involve me having to let each machine go though the software installatn twice.

 

The first time the computer starts installing the software it finishes quicker than is should concidering how much need in stalling.

 

If I login at this point i cant find anything to do with smart notebook, the only thing i find in a installer entry. if i try to remove it using the uninstaller i get an error so I've been using the uninstaller clean up util from m$ and ccleaner to removed invalid reg entries related to it.

 

then after a few restart cycles it begins the install again. this time sucessfully.

 

any had this before and know what causes it ?
