Parents Evening management

I have been asked to look into getting/writing some software to manage school parents evenings and have come across this program. Has anyone else come across it or used it?

 

Or if not, do any of you have a different program to do this task?

Slightly off topic......sorry localzuk but out of interest are any of you expected to sat on Parents evenings? All or staff pull down MIS data for the parents to see and support has been raised now a few times.

Nope, I don't have to stay there for parents evenings. I just have to set up for those that need setting up and then I can go home.
