CACTI: Changed Poller interval - now not drawing graphs

If I change the poller interval to anything other than 5 minutes it wont plot anything.

 

Now there is a warning in there that says "NOTE: If you change this value, you must re-populate the poller cache. Failure to do so, may result in lost data."

 

So I went to Utilities... System Utilities... Rebuild Poller Cache - but this has not worked.

 

If have tried this multiple times for all of the poller interval options but only 5 minute polling will plot graphs.

 

What am I doing wrong?

Are you using cmd.php as the poller ? I would suggest to use spine and leave it by default on 5 minutes. If you need realtime information i would suggest to install the realtime plugin.
