bondbill2k2 Posted June 24, 2011 Posted June 24, 2011 Is there such a book out there or set of books which will cover the genral roles of an IT technician such as some server managment, software deployment, printer server setup and deployment and many others.... My current books are an A+ and N+ book, since taking on the role in January I have learned alot but something in writing to stop getting into bad habbits and asking quite so many questions would be great!
