Trapper Posted June 23, 2011 Report Posted June 23, 2011 Hello, For some reason since Monday night my LiveEdu box isn't checked the associated POP 3 account that I set up (BGfL Zimbra). All the settings are correct, it just hasn't run a sync for two days. Even trying to force it doesn't work. Any ideas folks?!
adhutton Posted July 19, 2011 Report Posted July 19, 2011 We've had this a few times.... I've reported it to Microsoft but they didn't seem able to fix it! Some days connected mail arrives every hour and at other times it can take days. The whole 'Connected Accounts' function seems to be broken. The only way I found to get around the problem was to delete the connected account. Log out of Live@Edu, log back in and re-connect the external account then it starts to work again (for a while). A real pain! Andrew
