Hi guys.

 

I have 2 of the HP CP1515n printers on a network..

 

What I want to know is WHY when you replace a cartridge does the printer print at least 5 pages of FULL colour? :mad:

 

Does anyone know how to stop this, as half my new toner is gone with these prints!

We have quite a few of these printers too, and AFAIK they're not supposed to that.

Have you tried reseting to factory settings?

I have some of those printers and i don't have that issue when it comes to changing the toners.

 

As well as doing a factory reset maybe do a firmware update ?

 

Do a factory reset first and if that fails do a firmware update no point doing the latter if the a reset can resolve it.
