parent pay website bust (e.g. not working)

anyone else having log login times to parent pay website, cant submit a problem request, and does not have a email or phone number to report their website being bust?

 

the joys of web reporting its finally taken my bug report... nearly an hour of my life wasted....

You had me panicking then. I though you meant financially bust! I've just logged in to ParentPay and topped up my daughter's lunch card without a problem.

have emailed saying a mesage on the website might have saved me and others wasting time reporting a problem they allready know about ....
