NETKILLER Posted June 6, 2011 Posted June 6, 2011 HI all Is there a way to display all messages in exchange 2010 OWA? I know the e-mails are there as when the users account is set up in outlook 2010 all the messages are displayed thank you
sukh Posted June 6, 2011 Posted June 6, 2011 1. What do you mean, can't you see any? Or only one page? Can't you scroll to the next page?
NETKILLER Posted June 6, 2011 Author Posted June 6, 2011 the oldest e-mail that user1 can see on OWA is 15/12/2010 and the oldest e-mail that user1 can see on outlook is 06/09/2010 does that clear it up? been a long day of fun ........... 8)
bodminman Posted June 6, 2011 Posted June 6, 2011 Can you please post a screen shot? The last time I came across this was because Outlook 2010 was tidying the mail so to speak.
bodminman Posted June 6, 2011 Posted June 6, 2011 (edited) Is it possible that the older emails that can be seen in Outlook were originally pulled down from the server? ie: copies not left on the server therefor OWA not seeing them because they're not actually there. pritchardavid Posted June 6, 2011 Posted June 6, 2011 Im just gussing here not sure With outlook 2010 you have a view called conversion, if you turn this off you may see more of your emails
NETKILLER Posted June 7, 2011 Author Posted June 7, 2011 Hey all thank you for your feedback it looks like the issue might be with the import of the PST file and not the page display again thank you
