Video Tutorials

Hi,

I have just been watching a tutorial from RM, from one of the Package Blueprints and i thought that that would be a good way of communitcasting the guides to staff.

 

Does anyone know how it was done?

Not sure about RM's guides, but Wink is normally a good bet for making video tutorials.

You'd think staff would make use of them but so far they haven't.

We've started doing this a while ago and will be looking at creating more help videos over the summer ready for our new network in September.

 

Whether the staff will watch them as it's generally easier for them to pick up the telephone or report an issue via our helpdesk is another issue.
