solved win 7 gpo to block users going to c: through office file/open then tryping c:

can someone point me in the right direction of the policy i need to set that stops limited users browing the c drive trough office and other programs that have a file open box

 

eg

 

c is hidden but if users try c: in a file open dialogue box they can browse the c drive

 

any ideas

 

my policy for xp is working but windows 7 is still allowing access

"Prevent access to drives from My Computer" is what you want, it's in the same location as hiding them under administrative templates > windows components > windows explorer
