CAM Posted May 20, 2011 Posted May 20, 2011 Landed on the library desk this morning. So uhhh, anyone tried to solve the word search on the back cover? I spotted one hidden gem... (And found at least two more).
Steve21 Posted May 20, 2011 Posted May 20, 2011 From the name of pick I'm assuming it's the word starting from 2nd columns 2nd "t"? Steve 1
sparkeh Posted May 20, 2011 Posted May 20, 2011 Are we skirting around the word 'tits' here by any chance?
PICNIC Posted May 20, 2011 Posted May 20, 2011 I see Catherine down the second column and the obvious t*ts but not much else :-)
sparkeh Posted May 20, 2011 Posted May 20, 2011 Only other thing I can is the maker of the Blackberry, depends what kind of mind you have for that one
CAM Posted May 20, 2011 Author Posted May 20, 2011 Steve gets the answer! The other two, Sod and Fap, aren't in the picture and elsewhere on the cover. I have just spotted Git right at the bottom though.
steve Posted May 20, 2011 Posted May 20, 2011 Other words (no pronouns) Christ x2 Dale Hall x 2 Lipid Pail Sell x2 Tact Terse Ware Whir
AngryTechnician Posted May 21, 2011 Posted May 21, 2011 Is there more to it than is in this pic? The reason I ask is that "Christ" is actually "Christi", which along with Catherine and Magdalen (starts at 3,3) are names of some of the Oxford colleges. I haven't spotted any more though.
CAM Posted May 22, 2011 Author Posted May 22, 2011 The whole cover is one giant wordsearch. People have spotted a fair few words in that small section alone!
Gatt Posted May 22, 2011 Posted May 22, 2011 I see Catherine down the second column and the obvious t*ts but not much else :-) I'll take your catherine and Raise you to St Catherine - (or possibly St Catherines)...
