RM Starting Graph "Run Time Error 13" Type Mismatch error

Everytime i try to run this i get the following error;

 

Run time Error "13" Type Mismatch Error

 

Checked its on sp3 all updates, reinstalled Starting Graph, reinstalled Java, Flash ect,

 

Any other possibilties to get this fixed?
