clicker 5

i have installed clicker 5 onto the system all seames to be working ok except that no user (even the administrator) can create a new grid ser the create icon is grayd out

 

it seames to be a gpo that is stoping this working

all is ok on a station not controled by the domain

 

any ideas?

Folder permissions for the Clicker5 folder..

 

You probably need to edit the GPO install to provide domain users with modify access to it.. If you can figure out where the grids are saved and it's a sub-folder that might be a more secure bet.

 

This is a guess but an educated one.

just a update to say that after a long call with clicker (for the secand time) i got a updated client installer and all is now ok
