Setting Default Account for Outlook 2003 - Resets every log off/log on?

Hello,

 

There is exchange on the domain, but we're slowly switching to a new domain powered by Google Apps as the company name has changed, but everytime someone logs off, it sets the default mail account to the old companys exchange one.

 

Is there any way to bypass this, otherwise people keep going to write an email and send and it goes out of the wrong address?

Outlook should maintain the setting. I would suggest that you have something (script or prf or similar) that is setting it on startup rather than losing the setting. Although check your eventlogs for any profile errors just in case.
