popup before login thing

i know theres a thing in group policy that can pop up before login. i think people put their AUPs in it. i cant recall what its called or find it. im sure someone knows. thx

Go to:

 

Computer configuration -> windows settings -> security settings -> local policies -> security options ->

edit the following two settings:

 

interactive logon: message text for users attempting to log on

interactive logon: message title for users attempting to log on
