Hi guys,

One of our office staff have a Kyocera FS-1300D printer.

This morning I was called to see a problem where she was trying to print class lists. On some lists, the printer was printing half the list and then not bothering with the rest (see image). It's very random so no specific documents involved. My initial thought was a memory issue on the printer.

I've ruled out the computer and the applications used as everything prints fine to other printers. This particular printer is installed locally.

Any thoughts? Ta :)

Tried a different driver? I found that with a couple of our HP printers, the PCL5 driver didn't like tables formatted in Word and would misalign text and tables etc... Also, try other document types.

See, that was going to be my last resort but I was thinking it may have been something else.

It was working fine first thing this morning. It's been working for months.

Also, it's printed to a printer of the same make and model on the network.

If I don't get anywhere, I'll resort to replacing drivers, etc.
