OS 10.4 Mac bound to AD now doesn't show Shut Down option

Have a Mac recently bound to Server 2008 AD with several other Macs (thanks to the sterling advice from this Forum) but when it comes to standard Domain User shutting down - Shut Down option isn't available only Log Off is.

 

Shut Down option live if Admin is logged onto the Mac. Where do I need to look to sort that one please?

I take it you're not getting preferences from an OSX OD server?

 

Check the System Preferences > Accounts > Login Options. Here you can specify whether the Shutdown/Restart buttons are shown at login, what is that set to?
