Set time in Group Policy?

DAMMIT I've forgotten where this option is. I want to set everything in the entire domain to sync with BST (as is normal I'd guess!)

 

Tried it out the other day having found the option, seemed to do *something* but users are complaining the clock's even faster now than it was before and for the life of me I can't find where the setting is, nor is my Google-fu strong enough today to dig it up.

 

Anyone feel like throwing me a lifeline here? If you've got *hurr* the time to? *hurrr!*
