RM brain scratcher

Hi all,

 

One of our students is trying to open a .skp file but when they do they get this message.

 

RM Security:

Access to this feature has been disabled by your system admin.

 

Ive looked in all the usual places but cannot find anything iffy, also the RM KB isnt too helpful on this either...

That generally comes up for us when the file extension isn't associated with anything - CC4 blocks the choose a program to open this with window from appearing.

Are SKP files associated with Google SketchUp on the computer the student was using?
