DLW13 Posted April 18, 2011 Posted April 18, 2011 Hi, We have a HP 2430dtn which keeps gettings an error stating 'Load Tray 2 Plain Paper'. The problem is, Tray 2 jams occasionally so the user prefers to use Tray 3. Up until today the user has always defaulted to Tray 3 and printed without any problems. I have checked the printers settings on the print server and even tried disabling Tray 2 and setting Tray 3 as the default source, but it doesn't appear to solve the problem. Any suggestions?
