Salary: £16 440 - £19 621, dependent on knowledge and skills

 

Required as soon as possible, two flexible, hardworking individuals to join the successful team of IT support staff. Working within the team, the successful candidates will be required to respond quickly and effectively to all operational needs in a professional and courteous manner. The ability to communicate with a wide variety of people is essential. The team currently manages and maintains a network of over 600 computers. The posts would provide opportunities for appropriate professional development and training.

 

These are full-time positions and will be subject to an enhanced search with the Criminal Records Bureau and other pre-employment checks.

 

Closing date for applications: Tuesday 26th April 2010 at 12 noon.

Noticed that as soon as I got home. Couldn't edit my post!

NB: all schools are advised NOT to use CVs for safeguarding purposes - it is easier to read an application form and track someone's employment etc, see gaps and the like using said form.

If they say fill in a form, then do so. Don't send your CV along as well 'just in case' as it will just make you look as if you can't read instructions!

Good luck with it. I was thinking about it myself as it's only just down the road but the salary is too low for me. (That isn't a criticism of the post or salary scale, just a simple statement of fact).
