@x-13 - Yes that is correct and from the description it is more likely a server rule, in this case will need to to use /cleanrules. (Could not remember the exact switch from memory). This will however delete all server side and client side rules, you cannot use this to delete a specific rule from Outlook. Even though you could, it would be hard to accomplish all the time without deleting the others as identifying the specific rule can be difficult and does not prevent the users from creating another one with different logics/descriptions.
