DELL 19" SCREEN NEEDED FOR INTEGRATED UNIT

One of our lovely students has punched the screen in on one of our DELL GX520 Integrated Units:

It's a 19" 1906fpt model screen.

 

Does anyone know where we can get a replacement screen cheaply? We just need the screen, not the base unit or the stand.

99% of the machines in one building are these, we just purchased spares whent he machine where purchased.

 

I would say ebay is the best place.

 

Is it under warrenty. I have sent stuff back that has been damaged and they never said a thing.

Does the stand not just use a standard VESA monitor? We've got some Viglens that are a similar style to those Dell's and you can mount and standard monitor on the stand that has VESA mounting holes.

Hi, the stand is using a bracket made by Dell. It's not a VESA mount.

Does anyone have a Dell 19" 1906FPt model screen we can buy? The only supplier we've found so far is in the USA.

Can you just source a standard dell monitor and use the exisiting stand? Im sure a starndard monitor will be easy to get.

 

We have the USSF machine and have done this in the past.

The normal Dell screen fit on these in 95% sure that I have swapped one before as we acquired some of these from the Council.
