Issues setting up EES?

Has anyone else setup their EES contract yet? I have set mine up and it has not been without delays and glitches.

 

It also appears to not be straight forward in obtaining some of the benefits such as the MSDNAA and Technet Professional accounts.

 

Just wondered what others experience was.

Has anybody managed to activate the MSDNAA subscription for their EES agreement yet? really struggling getting it to go through as it says i have 1 free licence for 1 department but really can't find a way to activate it. any help is much appreciated.

Pretty straight forward up to the welcome email.

Can you tell me how long it took for your licences, software and keys to appear in the MSVLC?

Been a few days now since the agreement appeared and nothing else yet.

We had our re-seller deal with all these issues for us.

 

I'd go back to them and have them sort it all out

Just on the phone to microsoft licencing team now as there has been a few issues with ees customers not receiving the msdnaa promotion code on the welcome email. but they are getting it sorted for me as we speak.

Hehe I did but was told to wait a few days, just being impatient is all

Took me a good few days to sort the MSDNAA part, quite alot of emails and phone calls! But got it in the end.

I had to ring them to get the product keys working, and the MSDN AA account didnt come with the right promo code
