[ms office - 2003] Access intermittent crashes on data import.

My DT Teacher has been trying to get his year 10s to import data files into MS Access; it's an EDB school with 8 computers in the room for nearly all of them the program crashes.

 

He has 2 groups and Access it worked successfully with 2 kids and failed 11. The machines that worked were different for the 2 groups????

 

any thoughts please.
