Remote desktop - Port blocking question for teacher trying to log in from home.

We have a Terminal Server setup to allow staff access to remote in from home....

 

One of our staff has a new school laptop and cannot get access from home. So I first asummed it was a laptop problem.....

BUT

If she takes this laptop to her parents house she then CAN get access just fine.????

So I then assumed that it was her home Router blocking ports or maybe her ISP...

BUT

When using her old home laptop she can connect just fine using MSTSC.exe.....

 

Does RPD use different ports when connecting via the remote webpage in IE than from using MSTSC.exe ???

 

If so i guess her router is blocking that port! I cant give access to the MSTSC on her laptop as our dual authentication needs them to connect via IE.

 

Any ideas please?
