I still think I'd hold out for the upcoming Samsung Android tablets due to be released shortly. They're rumoured to have a sub £400 price tag anyway so you're not saving much by buying the old model.

asus are supposed to be doing a 10.? inch honycomb tab with a fold out keyboard for <£350 in the near future i believe as well

Samsung are slow at updating, will have their own overlay and will be a bit more locked down.

I would hold off on tablet purchases for atleast a while untill there is a better support for cloud based apps. While we are on this, my Samsung Galaxy is in for repairs after 1 month. It's a weird software glitch where I cant delete my old email account.
