is there any way of launching Kill Disk from the network using PXE

I don't know, and I haven't used "Kill Disk" so I don't know exactly what features it has, but I assume you want something that will wipe a harddrive? I know both SystemRescueCD and Slax will boot from PXE (Slax actually comes with its own PXE server and everything), and both of those should be able to wipe a harddrive for you.

Using the free version of Kill Disk to wipe a HDD is equivalent to running dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sda in literally any Linux distribution. They will both fill the entire HDD with zeros. :)
