Dell Color Lasetjet 1320c - faded colour

Hi guys!

 

Wow, haven't posted on here for a while so I thought I'd pose a problem.

We have 2 Dell Color Laserjet 1320c printers and both have all the colours faded. The black is fine but all the colours are faded. However, there are new toners in the machine and the web interface shows all are virtually full.

 

Any hints?

might be the fuser unit. Im not an expert im sure someone will come along to provide some better input

We have a few 2600n's with the same issue. As FN-GM has said, it's most likely the fuser unit that's kicked the bucket. When you log into the web admin panel, does it give you a fuser unit lifespan indicator? Printers such as the HP CP3525 will display the toner levels along with the estimated fuser life. I haven't ever come into contact with a 1320c so I can't answer that one.

I don't have any idea about Dell Color LaserJet 1320c, because I didn't ever use. I am using Canon Laser Printer. My friend is using same printer since last 3 years. He didn't ever face any problem with this printer regarding color. All color printers are fine. You should consult with dell technician. You can also see the review on internet regarding this printer.
