Any Crystal Report experts on here?

One of our developers has written a report which is meant to pull a photo (dynamically using a SQL table) from one of our internal servers:

 

"http://subdomain.ourwebsite.ac.uk/InternetBuilder/Photos/" & totext(cdbl({qry_People_Enrolments.Person_Code}),0,"") & ".jpg"

 

This works perfectly in Crystal Reports itself but when published on the web and viewed through Crystal Reports Viewer it doesn't want to work!

 

Any ideas?
