Windows XP sp3 no recovery console

When we run our slipstreamed xp pro sp2 you can access the recovery console, yet you slipstream sp3 using the same sp2 cd using nlite you then don't get the recovery console to run chkdsk /r. Any ideas as Mr. Google and Mrs. Yahoo haven't helped this time?

Not come across this before, but have you tried slipstreaming XP SP3 the standard way instead of using nLite?

When using nlite don't you have to select 'prompt repair' rather than using anything else? Maybe it's just that?
