Provisioning user out of CMIS into AD?

How do you provisions user out of CMIS into AD?

I'm presuming you can output in csv format from your particular CMIS? I am also presuming you can use Power Shell.

It's built for use on Server 2008 R2, but may work on other platforms. My code is heavily commented so you shouldn't have a problem adjusting it to fit your needs. If you improve on my code, please post it back up
