with my site (i'll pm it) i upload a PDF of the newsletter to a Component called RubberDoc or something wierd like that. That adds it to a list of previous newsletters (our archive) then i add a link to the new newsletter on the front page. Make sense?

I'd be interested in seeing the same thing if possible; we have a weekly PDF newsletter, and I want to make it as easy as possible for the admin staff to be able to do it, rather than the current system where I have to edit the html of website to include a new link, upload the new document etc etc.

Does RubberDoc have a frontend gui for, say, admin staff to upload files?
