Suddently not being able to send to a domain that's always worked before is often related to spam blacklists.

 

Have a look at the page referenced in the email:

Troubleshooting and scroll to the entry for 550 SC001, which says:

 

Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. Reasons for rejection may be related to content with spam-like characteristics

 

To check this out, get the public IP address of the mail server and head on over to Email Blacklist Check - See if your server is blacklisted and look it up.
