logon script

i need a logon script i can use for software installs,

i need the desktop icons hiding and the start menu hiding,

i will then run the software installation. this is for the it coordinator so i can let them install software. thanks in advance

 

Hide icons
hide start menu
run \\server\software.exe

Can't you just use the Software Installtion settings in Group Policy and also use the GPO settings to redirect the desktop, wallpaper and the start menu to customized ones?
