Hi all

We seem to be having a little issue with our Xibo instance!

We set the layout up (with a background) .... add a text region in and try and preview it on a test machine. The background comes up, with no regions - and after a certain amount of time a W7 crash comes up (XiboClient stopped working). When I get details on the error I get the following:

Description:

Stopped working

Files that help describe the problem:

C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Temp\WERB66.tmp.WERInternalMetadata.xml

C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Temp\WER1706.tmp.mdmp

Read our privacy statement online:

If the online privacy statement is not available, please read our privacy statement offline:

Does anyone have any ideas?

Cheers

Thanks all, upgrading to 1.2.1 did it (they must release new versions all the time!

However, I have come to another issue! When I design my layout, I get the splash screen for xibo. It flashes onto the layout, then flashes on to this splash screen. It keeps doing that on a rotation, and is very annoying! I have set up a new layout with nothing on (just a solid colour background) and still does the same thing!

Any ideas?

There's a checkbox on the display clients to do with incorporating default display or something. I seem to remember that this needed unticking. My Xibo server is doing some maintenance at the moment ( official line I've given the staff in reality I screwed it up and need to reinstall  )

I have the same problem with a layout I have picked from "layout exchange". Its the one with the XMAS theme. Are there certain layouts that work and those that dont? I can see the nice XMAS layout but none of my regions appear and the Xibo crashes out (its an XP client).
