nzwasp Posted February 16, 2011 Posted February 16, 2011 Hello, what other Smart software is installed on the machine?
iguanaman Posted February 17, 2011 Posted February 17, 2011 Ok, here is what might be happening. Check your version for the driver if it is 10.7, that is for the 800 series smartboard, if you have a 600 series, you need to clean up the driver and reinstall the old version 10.6 Here are the links to make that happen...hope it works. That is for reinstall.....ONly delete your driver, not software and only reinstall driver, not software
iguanaman Posted February 17, 2011 Posted February 17, 2011 Ok, now here are the links, they would not let me post them on the first post Here you go, the first is for the clean up, the second for the new install. http://downloads.smarttech.com/techsupport/k1fi2rh8stf3eja6kjs1sdl0wa/smartcleanup-v2.zip http://downloads.smarttech.com/techsupport/k1fi2rh8stf3eja6kjs1sdl0wa/smartproductdrivers10-6-sp2-win.zip
TechSupp Posted February 17, 2011 Posted February 17, 2011 Just installed the latest software for a 680 board and it auto downloaded the latest drivers 10.7 as a required update. Did an orient fine afterwards with no problems. Flashed the firmware on the board as well to the latest and that sorted out some problems with the board as well. Worked with a 500 series board as well (except no further firmware was available not surprisingly).
