Ok, here is what might be happening. Check your version for the driver if it is 10.7, that is for the 800 series smartboard, if you have a 600 series, you need to clean up the driver and reinstall the old version 10.6 Here are the links to make that happen...hope it works. That is for reinstall.....ONly delete your driver, not software and only reinstall driver, not software
