edutech4schools Posted February 8, 2011 Posted February 8, 2011 Publisher 2003 on Win7 printing to HP 3600n MS Publisher is printing 4 pages of a Certificate I created when only 1 is selected in the printer options page. I have also checked the advanced pages within the printer setting to see if anything was overriding. It works fine for all other documents. It prints 4 when sent to another HP 3600n Anyone else had this?

edutech4schools Posted February 8, 2011 Author Posted February 8, 2011 Odd but fixed. I found the paper type set to letter in the drivers. Changing to A4 fixed it.
plexer Posted February 8, 2011 Posted February 8, 2011 Beat me to it sorry I didn't see it earlier, we had the same issue allthough in our case the paper type was set to tough paper that caused additional sheets to be printed. Ben
