Corrupted Download on Durhamnet

Hi,

 

Does anyone experiance the same issues that I am having when downloading large files using DurhamNet as the ISP?

 

My main problem is that any files over 50Mb or so are always corrupted. It will randomly stop downloading before it has downloaded all the file thus corrupting the file.

Yes, We get that occasionally although I don't have a fix.

I too have had large files corrupted I have put it down to the WAN infrastructure and some of the secondhand hardware which is used throughout although this is just an educated guess.

 

It could also be old BT circuits also as these too are used by our ISP which at this moment they are changing for their own black fibre circuit by circuit.
