[ms office - 2007] Access 2007 - PC's Freeze/lock up when saving to network accounts

Hi

 

We have a strange issue when students are working in Access 2007 and trying to save the documents to their user areas, the workstations just freeze/lockup.

 

Is there a reason for this?
