Image cut off on ActivBoard 2

We have an ActivBoard 2 and are trying to use it with a Toshiba Satellite Pro A120 with XP SP3 on it... it's wide screen. We're using ActivPrimary 3.5.

 

The projected image cuts the bottom off the screen so, for example, the pencils don't show in ActivPrimary.

 

Any ideas anyone?

I have all our widescreen laptops set to 1024x768 as the boards are not widescreen although the projectors can handle it.

 

Perhaps your projectors do not like the widescreen resolution?

 

Apart from that, have you tried the auto adjust feature if your projectors have that?
