[ms office - 2010] Outllook 2010 - Default Fonts

I have been looking endlessly on how to change the Default Font in Outlook 2010 for everybody on the domain (we need to set it to Arial 12).

 

We use Mandatory Profiles here and GPO to deploy alot of changes but cannot find any solution.

 

I know how to change this on an individual user through "Stationery and Fonts"

 

Any advice would be great.
